A FREE consultation: Request a free consultation by filling out the form on our website or by calling (407) 382-3701. One of our team members will contact you within 24 hours to find out important details about your project and to schedule your estimate.
During the consultation, led by our project supervisor and owner David Diaz, you’ll be able to tell us about your needs, ideas, and concerns. Along the way, we’ll make suggestions and answer any questions you might have. Your quote, depending on the type of job, will be given to you immediately or within two business days (see below). After the consultation, we’ll follow up with you to answer any further questions you might have.
As soon as you decide to let Dimon Professional Services be your remodeling service provider (Thank you!), we’ll go ahead and schedule a date that best fits your agenda to start the project. The job time frame depends on the magnitude of the project (see below). We’ll give you an estimated time frame during the first consultation.
Throughout the project, our project supervisor will make sure every task is on schedule and will make sure the project is being completed in an organized and professional manner meeting your expectations. We will also keep in touch with you to make sure you are satisfied throughout the whole process and work on any concerns you might have. We aim to complete the project within the specified time, guaranteeing all of our work for fine workmanship and flawless finish.
Once the project is finished, we’ll then go ahead and have a meticulous walk-through with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Your feedback is important to us; given the opportunity our team won't stop working until you are completed satisfied with our services.
