Dimon Professional Services is an industry leader in exterior and interior remodeling in Central Florida. Family owned and operated, Dimon was founded in 2003 by David Diaz and Irma Monroy in hopes of becoming one of the premier painting businesses in greater Orlando. David and Irma were dedicated to building their business based on integrity, honest and quality affordable craftsmanship and with the help of their three children Julian, Lissa and Esthefania, Dimon has been able to grow into the prestigious and reliable company it is today. Having started as a solemnly painting business, Dimon has developed and mastered industry related services all while preserving its mission.
We focus on a customer centric approach, where we identify our client’s needs and bring optimal solutions to satisfy and most often exceed those needs. We take every task, no matter how big or small seriously and treat it as it were our own. Most importantly, we strive to maintain our mission of delivering integrity, honest and quality affordable craftsmanship to every job.
Having just started out with one worker, Dimon is proud to be an employer provider in Central Florida. Owner David Diaz hand picks his staff to make sure they embody and portrait the skills needed to deliver exceptional honest work. Our staff show meticulous attention to detail and complete their task in a timely manner, so you can get back to enjoying your home as quickly as possible!
Project Supervisor/Owner
David Diaz was born in Ibague, Colombia and later moved to Bogota, the country’s capital where he acquired his bachelor degree in accounting from the University of Central Bogota. David started working in the auto dealership industry where he met his wife, mother of his children and business partner, Irma Monroy. At the height of his career in Colombia, he focused on working endlessly and successfully became the Vice president of Daewoo dealership. In the midst of a financial crisis in 1999, David and his family decided to move to the United States in search for the “American dream”. Settling in Orlando, Florida, David felt a desperate need to provide for his family while struggling due to the language and culture barrier. Under pressure, David undertook any job that came his way. This is when he was introduced to the construction industry and acquired an immense interest in exterior and interior painting. After working roughly 4 years in construction companies, David gained a reputation for his work ethic and integrity which led to the rise of his company. By 2003, Irma and David had successfully established Dimon Professional Services. As time went by, David envisioned his company growing into something more than just painting. His entrepreneurship spirit allowed him to educate himself and start providing more services in the interior remolding industry. His success can be attributed to his personal attention to the specifications and quality of each and every project the company encounters. His perfectionist trait shines through as he doesn’t accept anything but the best for his clients.
Operation Manager
Julian Diaz son of David and Irma, was born in Bogota, Colombia, in 1988. As his family moved to a different country, Julian had to assimilate into a new culture. At the age of 15, he was exposed to the construction industry due to the uprising of Dimon, where he played a key factor in translating every job the company encountered. Because of this he gained an immense knowledge of the construction and remodeling industry at a young age. His entrepreneurship skills shined as he wanted to be involved and improve his family business, leading him to acquire his bachelor’s degree of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2012. Julian has taken the role of operations manager as he has the education, experience and drive needed to take Dimon Professional Services to the next level. He is dedicated to help build his family’s company’s vision of a better future and in the process help make valuable relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, employees and many others experts in various fields that can help him guide the company in a great direction. As his title suggests, Julian is responsible for improving the operational systems, processes and policies at Dimon. In addition, he helps plan and design their marketing strategies, and also works closely with clients throughout the whole process.
Office Administrator
Lissa Viviana Diaz, daughter of David and Irma, has taken the official role of office administrator since 2013. Like Julian, Lissa was introduced at an early age to the construction industry and took an immense interest in customer relations. Her friendly, understanding and strong attitude makes her the ideal staff member to work with our clients. In order to strengthen her interpersonal skills, Lissa is currently working on her bachelor’s degree of Science in Psychology with a minor in business. Besides her administrative duties, Lissa is part of our sales team and our main estimator assistant, where she assists clients and prospective clients from the moment they contact our office until the completion phase of their project.
Operational Manager Assistant
Esthefania Diaz, the youngest daughter of David and Irma has been part of the family business since its creation. Just like her siblings, she has helped translate and manage different types of projects throughout Dimon’s lifetime, which has increased her acumen and desire in business. She is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree of Business Administration concentrated in finance and marketing and a minor in international business from the University of Central Florida. With her strong interpersonal and business skills, Esthefania is involved in major business decisions and hopes to take over the finance and marketing team as soon as she graduates.
